It is a wide known as a fact that Alter makes very high quality pre-painted figures. We have never found a flaw in any of the sculpt or coloring on their figures. On Maki, it is very apparent that the sculpt was very carefully done even to the tiny details on the frills of her outfit. The vivid colors used to paint this figure of brings out the details of her body very well. The translucent black material used on her veil and her top makes for a very nice finish touch to the partially concealing look. Last but not least to everyone's surprise, the lantern Maki is holding actually lights up via a hidden LED light inside!
