Donations & Events Form

We love being part of the communities surrounding all Sweets & Geeks locations, and we are proud to support local organizations and events whenever possible!

We offer donations such as gift baskets and gift cards for qualifying fundraising events, schools, nonprofit organizations, youth groups, and community programs.
Please complete the donation request form below with all relevant information.

Requests must be submitted at least three weeks before your event.

All requests are reviewed individually, and donations are subject to availability and approval.
